Anxiety over Annexation of Judea & Samaria?

Updated: Jul 12, 2020

Humanity has been plagued with the strange psychological phenomena of embracing some far-fetched and illusionary myth - while ignoring the obvious truth before them. Such is the case with regards to Israel’s biblical and legal rights to the land they have resided in for over 3,000 years.

If the overabundant supply of Biblical and archaeological evidence isn’t somehow enough proof, there are also the legal treaties of San Remo and the United Nations resolutions that guarantee the Jewish people’s right of return and restoration in their God-given land. But still, in spite of these things a majority of Governments and citizens of the world prefer to believe the “lie” and ignore the truth. This only leads to a false anxiety over Israel’s rights of Sovereignty within their country.

Thankfully there is a momentum of truth building. The mirage of a proverbial catastrophe of Israel’s rights to a single, Sovereign State are evaporating. The “sky” didn’t fall as predicted – when the US Embassy was moved to Jerusalem. With yet another country (Moldova) moving their embassy to Jerusalem, more nations are stepping out of the dark and into the light of reality that Jerusalem has been and will always be Israel’s only and undivided capital.

Even Palestinian Arab’s too are stepping out of the dark. A recent article recorded Palestinians on the street making statements like; "Let Israel come here. The Palestinian Authority (PA) is not interested in us. The PA does what it wants and not what the citizens want. We want things to be comfortable for citizens and not for the PA to have money hidden in its pockets and chairs.”

The Palestinian Center for POLICY and SURVEY RESEARCH findings of April, 2019 stated this; “A majority of 58% believes that the two-state solution is no longer practical or feasible…Moreover, 77% believe that the chances for the creation of a Palestinian state alongside the state of Israel in the next five years are slim or nonexistence…”

Watch Bassam Eid, a Palestinian Arab Human Rights activist who tells the blatant and unapologetic truth at the Ribonut Youth Conference about how badly the Palestinian Arabs are treated by the Palestinian Authority – and how desperate most Arabs are for Israeli Sovereignty!

Felicia Schwartz of the Wall Street Journal even ventured onto the Palestinian street to gauge what was reported as growing support for a one-state solution there. “Maybe the good solution for us, for both Israelis and Palestinian people, is one state,” she quotes a Ramallah seafood restaurant-owner.

For this reason Ambassador Friedman’s recent comments about Israel’s rights to portions of the West Bank which were subsequently backed up by Special US Envoy to the Middle East, Jason Greenblatt, are positive indicators that truth is finally prevailing! Israel has a right to sovereign control over their land!

If Arab’s are willing to have the State of Israel come and rule over Judea and Samaria, why be anxious! It’s time to end the anxiety and ulcers that seventy plus years of failed peace process have caused. Jewish Sovereignty is a reality that deserves respect as Israel’s biblical and legal right.

It’s time to give Sovereignty a chance!
